This sounds - and looks - like a ton of fun!

Wow! Sounds like a workshop I would have LOVED! I also need the "loosening up" activities... I've been looking into a friend's spiritual free-form painting classes (something like you get a big big canvas and paint and paint and then have to paint over everything you really liked) just to get out of my head a little bit! The journal stuff appeals to me even more. I'm glad you had such a great workshop month Lyn!

Yes, Rebbeca & Kathy it WAS fun! I actually couldn't believe how enjoyable & relaxing it was. I think this would do the trick for you, Rebecca, my brain wasn't thinking about anything when I did this! Art Unraveled happens every year & I'd like to go again if I can take a class like the one I took with Judy. I think she is planning to teach there again. I will post a heads up on my blog when they announce registration for 2010... Phoenix isn't too far from NM & CO...

Hey - take it while you can! There's no telling what famine will come later. I love the art journalling. I am in the process of looking for a fast creative method to keep juices flowing. I've looked at digital photography and may start there - but to also use them in a journal so there's some tactile. Hmmmm - but with a new 2 year old lab, this could be an issue!

Color has taken possession of me; no longer do I have to chase after it. I know that it has hold of me forever... Color and I are one. Paul Klee
